EasyBuild Freedom Furniture Gift Card Offer Terms and Conditions
Offer period: 18 April 2024 – 31 July 2024
- Offer is available to all customers purchasing an EasyBuild home, both Full Build and DIY, with a completed home purchase contract signed between 18 April 2024 and 31 July 2024, and unconditional home deposit paid to EasyBuild Ltd or your relevant EasyBuild licensee.
- Freedom Furniture NZ Gift Cards of $5,000 incl GST will be presented to customers building homes of 72m2 or less. Freedom Furniture NZ Gift Cards of $10,000 incl GST will be presented to customers building homes 73m2 and larger. Note that the square metre size detailed does not include garages, verandahs, or decking, which are omitted from the house size for purposes of this campaign.
- The specified amounts are available as gift cards only. Cash sums are not available as an alternative.
- The gift card will be presented to the customer upon practical completion of their home for Full Builds, and payment of all outstanding invoices and accounts. For DIY builds, the gift card will be presented after the House Pack is delivered to site and full payment has been received by EasyBuild Ltd.
- For customers purchasing multiple homes, gift cards are available to a maximum of $20,000 incl GST subject to house sizes.
- The Freedom Furniture gift card offer is not available with any other form of discounted EasyBuild pricing or offer.
- This offer is not available to Community Housing Partners or Government Agencies.
- EasyBuild reserves the right to withdraw this offer from market at any time.
- EasyBuild reserves the right to extend this offer to the date of its choosing.
- EasyBuild reserves the right to provide the equivalent value of furniture store credit or gift cards from an alternative supplier.
- Conditions of the gift card are dictated by Freedom Furniture. Please refer to Freedom Furniture’s gift card terms and conditions for the full terms and conditions. Gift cards can be used on both full price and sale items at Freedom Furniture New Zealand, at any Freedom Furniture location within New Zealand.
- Once presented to the customer by EasyBuild, the gift card is an agreement between the customer and Freedom Furniture New Zealand, for which EasyBuild holds no further responsibility, and it is deemed the completion of EasyBuild Homes’ legal obligations in regards to this offer.
- This offer is not available to EasyBuild team members or immediate family members of EasyBuild team members.
- Customers accepting this offer shall agree to publicity and/or photography of their new home if requested.
