You’ve always got the option for one of our local build teams to either fully or partially complete your new home. But if you decide to do it yourself, we’re here to guide you through the process and make sure you feel supported. With personalised support from our team and a step-by-step manual, building your own modular home (sometimes referred to as a kitset home or prefabricated home) has never been easier.

Ideally, anyone who is looking to take on the challenge of building their own EasyBuild home will have some background in building or DIY expertise.
