EasyBuild Winter Warmer Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility Period
This offer is available for all EasyBuild customers who sign a home purchase contract and pay their unconditional deposit between 1 August and 31 October 2025 (inclusive). Both conditions must be met during this period to qualify.
2. Eligible Customers
This promotion is open to any EasyBuild clients purchasing either a Full Build or DIY Build home.
- A maximum of three homes per customer can qualify for this offer.
- This promotion is not available to Government agencies, Community Housing Providers, or other social housing organisations.
3. Offer Details
Eligible customers will receive a free Haier Quartz Wall-Mounted Split System Heat Pump, including:
- 6kW model (AS50QDEHRA-SET) for homes up to and including 72m² (primary dwelling only, excludes decks, verandahs, garages)
- 7kW model (AS60QEEHRA-SET) for homes over 72m²
Standard back-to-back installation is included for Full Build customers. Installation for DIY customers is not included.
4. Installation & Fulfilment
- For Full Build customers, the heat pump will be installed as part of the final electrical fit-out of the home.
- For DIY customers, no installation is included. Delivery of the unit will occur following full house pack payment to the same delivery address as house pack.
Note: Rural or remote delivery locations may incur an additional delivery fee
This offer for Full Build customers is based on installation into a standard EasyBuild home in the living room on an exterior wall using a standard back-to-back heat pump configuration. If a customer requests design modifications or has specific preferences that require non-standard installation (e.g. extended pipework, alternative positioning, or changes that affect access), any additional costs will be quoted and charged separately.
5. No Cash Alternative or Substitution by Customer
This promotion is not redeemable for cash or credit. Customers may not request an alternative product in place of the included heat pump.
- However, upgrades to a different Haier model may be available on request. Any upgrade costs for either the heat pump or installation are to be paid by the customer directly and are subject to availability and approval by EasyBuild.
6. Multiple Homes
If a customer purchases more than one eligible home (up to three), each home qualifies separately for the offer.
7. Product Availability
EasyBuild reserves the right to substitute the specified heat pump with a product of equal or greater value and similar specification, if the Haier Quartz model is unavailable.
8. Warranty & Ongoing Responsibility
- The included heat pump comes with the manufacturer’s warranty, which applies directly to the customer.
- Once the unit is delivered and/or installed, product issues (e.g. faults, performance) are handled by Haier under their standard warranty process
9. No Combination with Other Offers
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other EasyBuild promotion, discount, or special pricing.
10. Exclusions
This promotion is not available to EasyBuild employees, contractors, or immediate family members.
11. Right to Withdraw or Extend
EasyBuild reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time. However, any customer who has already signed a contract and paid their deposit within the promotional period will remain eligible.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
13. Publicity
Customers accepting this offer shall agree to publicity and/or photography of their new home if requested.
